Our Providers
Meet Dr. Jeremy Rhodes and
Dr. Virginia Ferguson
Founders of OnCallMD
At OnCallMD, you’ll be cared for by two experienced, board-certified physicians: Dr. Jeremy Rhodes, a specialist in Internal Medicine, and Dr. Virginia Ferguson, a specialist in Family Medicine. For the past five years, both have worked extensively in hospital settings, treating patients with a wide range of complex and urgent conditions. That experience shaped not only their clinical expertise—but also their deep understanding of what patients need most: timely, compassionate, and trusted care.
After receiving a call from a friend seeking quick medical advice, they realized just how valuable accessible, expert support could be outside the hospital setting. That moment sparked the idea for OnCallMD—a telemedicine service designed to offer fast, reliable physician access when it matters most.
Together, Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Ferguson created OnCallMD to bridge the gap between urgent care, primary care, and late-night Google searches. They believe that everyone deserves a personalized relationship with a doctor who actually knows them. The kind of care that feels less like a transaction and more like a trusted friend—who just happens to be a board-certified physician.
Whether you need help managing a chronic condition, have a sudden illness, or simply want a trusted medical opinion without the wait, OnCallMD is here to deliver care that’s both professional and personal. You won’t just get answers—you’ll get doctors who know your name, your story, and your health goals.
